The food is wonderful, the dipping oil, the creamy italian dressing, the chicken Rosa Maria, the desserts. Makes my tongue ache thinking about it! It's worth a drive out of the way!
Love this place have been many man times over several years and I have never had a single issue. Food is amazing and prices are very fair. I always tell people this place puts Olive Garden to shame. Any time I'm near I have to stop there to eat!!
I am perplexed by this place. Everything told me I was going to eat mediocre food but... We walked in, Joan Jett playing on the speakers, was tacky for an Italian restaurant. The decor was a bit dated but not bad. The menu is ridiculous, there are plenty of Italian dishes to choose from, as well as American, Greek, Mongolian possibly. I was very confused by this. We just ordered pasta dishes with a salad. The bread was out first. It was definitely homemade, and the olive oil and spices were a nice touch. The salad almost seemed like a to go dish, nice plates or bowls would go a long way here. They do use good dressing, though. The main course blew my mind, however. I got a fried chicken Alfredo that was perfect. The sauce was unlike anything I've ever had. The chicken was cooked perfectly, juicy and tender while the outside was crispy. This restaurant could easily charge double for this food and serve half the portion size if they invested some money in the atmosphere of the place. I have no idea how good the other food is, but I will be back next time I'm in town.
