So today @ 6:24pm I went to Bark Store on Hwy 89 and the idiot behind the counter CHOOSE not to ask what I needed which was to add a line and instead deactivated a good Sims card and had to pay even though I had 2 weeks left on the sims... now I've had to pay over $120 wen all I needed was a new line... Ignorance at its best!!! #1 if your not sure what the customer wants then ask questions !!!!
