Found a 2016 Toyota Tundra I had been searching for on their website and emailed them for details. I received an immediate response from Brenda who put me in touch with the Sales Manager, Matt, who answered all of my questions about the truck and sent more pictures of it that I requested. I asked them to hold the truck a couple of days and I would come get it the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, and they also pre-qualified me for financing before I arrived. I drove up there from Atlanta on Saturday, and the Salesman, Matt Martin had it washed and ready waiting for me to drive and he immediately met me at the door when I arrived. From arrival to departure I can say it was the best car buying experience for me to date. I was expecting a hassle, and received a stress free transaction. Nathan and Steve in finance knew their stuff and we did the deal rather quickly. My dad and I spent more time talking to everyone there about everything in life but the truck because they were so nice and down to earth. Matt Martin and I continued to follow up the next couple of weeks via text and phone on the tag registration paperwork, and the extra key that he mailed to me as well. I would go back there without hesitation for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks Mount Airy.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Mount Airy Chrysler Jeep. I was looking st Jeeps all at least an hour away, so driving to see them all in person was simply not an option.
I worked with Angela via text and phone, and the experience was nothing less than amazing. She was able to work up quotes for me without me ever having to drive there, and she was able to work up the numbers on my trade as well. She worked to answer all of my questions before I got there so there was nothing to do but take a test drive and sign the papers. She made what other dealerships were making an extremely frustrating experience an easy, informative, and bar setting buying process.
When we arrived at the dealership, there was no BS’ing around and she met us at the door, ready to help out. She even waited an hour after her normal leaving time for us to get there. There was no bait and switch (unlike another dealer), and the experience was simple and straight forward. Our paperwork was handled by Angela and Nathan, who was also amazing.
